Restaurant Ordering System
ROS (Restaurant Ordering System) is an online food ordering service of a restaurant. The system consists of a portal to connect the Restaurant Admin and Customer(s). This system is compatible with multiple branch facility and enables ordering food from nearest / chosen branch. Orders are handled in real time in this system whereby the Restaurant Admin (Branch Admin, Order Takers) can keep track of each order from system entry until delivery to customer. Feedback of dine-in customers can be collected using a tablet device and such feedback reports are also made available in Admin portal. Details like anniversary date and birthdate of customer(s), if provided while collecting feedback, are saved and the Admin can choose to provide promotions / vouchers / other offers to such customers on their special days.
